Performance HQ is built for independent life insurance agencies and IMOs who want their own internal software platform without building it in-house.
The terms that apply to Performance HQ's services.
Performance HQ services consist of (1) a one-time build/onboarding fee, paid in installments, and (2) an ongoing monthly platform subscription that begins once your platform is live. Pricing and payment terms are confirmed in writing with each agency before work begins.
The monthly platform subscription may be canceled at any time. There is no long-term contract. To cancel, contact us using the information below at least 5 business days before your next billing date. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and access to the platform continues through that date.
Build/onboarding fee: The initial deposit is refundable if requested before build work has begun. Once development work has started on your custom platform, the deposit becomes non-refundable, as it reflects work already performed. The final build payment, due upon delivery, is non-refundable once the platform has been delivered and access has been granted.
Monthly subscription: Monthly fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable for partial billing periods. If you cancel, you will not be billed again after your current cycle ends, but no partial-month refund is issued.
If you believe you were billed in error or have a concern about a charge, contact us directly using the information below before initiating a dispute with your bank or card issuer. We aim to respond to all billing inquiries within 2 business days and will work with you directly to resolve the issue.
Performance HQ services are offered to licensed insurance agencies and their affiliated agents operating within the United States. We do not currently offer services outside the United States.
Performance HQ does not currently run promotional offers. If a promotion is offered in the future, its specific terms will be disclosed in writing at the time of the offer and posted on this page.
